So my husband has been sick, my youngest has been sick and until today I had been skating by.  But by this morning I knew I was in trouble.  I stayed in denial until this afternoon when talking became more and more problematic.  So yeah…

But I wanted to give you a quick note of some giveaways to let you know they were happening if you see this in time as they end tonight!

A Foam Roller can be used to help tight muscles kinda like you would a massage, but one that is a whole lot easier to do on just yourself or without the aid of someone who can stop everything and give you a massage.

Something about my kids being the ones here currently with me all the time, that just isn’t relaxing.  As they grow it might work but not yet.

Hydration is also something that I’m finding is very important for me to increase so this would be a great way for me to remember to not only exercise but to hydrate.

 I have been using collagen to try to help my fascia and muscles as I heal after my surgery.

I have liked the Great Lakes brand and currently get the Zint brand as it is cheaper on Subscribe and Save.

But I’d love to try this one, and single serve packets would be so much easier when traveling!

The Tummy Team

 The Tummy Team complements what is done with Fit2B so well.

I need to take a course with them and I wish so much I had been able to do the pre-surgery course before my last surgery.

Taking the course for 6-8 weeks can really focus me down on what I’m doing body mechanic wise.  I’m still trying to get this ingrained in my head.
